You might be wondering, “Why should I hang out here?” Well, for starters, this isn’t just another gaming news site. This is where we go AFK from the typical, mid takes from the corporate media and dive deep into the truth of the gaming industry – with a healthy dose of anime because…let’s be real, why not?
What’s the Deal with ReportAFK?
So, what’s this site all about? Picture this: a place where you can get the latest gaming news, reviews, and hot takes, all wrapped up in a fun, whatever I feel like package.
I can’t promise continuity (or even coherent ramblings all the time) but whether it’s the newest game release, an indie gem, or the latest DLC that’s making waves (or just making people grrr), you’ll find it all here.
And if we’re not talking about gaming, you bet we’re diving headfirst into some anime – because anime is fire and more importantly, we can.
Why "Ayefkay"
Why the name Ayefkay, you ask? Well, it’s obviously a play on “AFK,” as in “Away From Keyboard,” and I’ve been playing with this name since I was playing WoW back in the day but let’s be honest, I’m never really AFK from the games.
Whether I’m grinding through an RPG or binge-watching a new anime series, you can bet I’ve got opinions (good and bad), and I’m here to share them.
What to Expect
Expect a bit of everything: reviews that tell it like it is, opinion pieces that don’t hold back, and anime discussions that might just get a little too passionate. And yes, there will be memes.
