Hunters, I might be a little late on this (I’ve been working way too much on my music videos recently lol), but it is officially spooky season in Monster Hunter Wilds!
Capcom decided the Grand Hub needed a Halloween-level glow up, so now everything has a weird ominous misery-chic vibe. The Festival of Accord: Dreamspell event has arrived. If you needed an excuse to dust off your gear and jump back into the hunt, this is it.
This funderful Halloween event runs October 22, 2025 through November 11, 2025!
That means a few weeks of limited quests, cosmetics, login rewards, and monsters that want to bite your face off in brand new seasonal fashion.
For a quick tease, here is the official Dreamspell trailer from Capcom:
(Yes, it looks incredible and brings some “you probably should not be here” vibes.)
First up, the Grand Hub transforms into a haunted celebration venue. Think spooky banners, cursed lighting, chefs serving seasonal meals, and the lively mood of “happy festival with monsters waiting around the corner.”
Increased login bonuses
On-sale stockpile items
Event quests including returning favorites
Special crafting materials
New gestures and cosmetics
Lucky Vouchers increased to 2 per day
A special seasonal meal that requires a limited voucher
Rotating daily limited bounties

Dreamspell means event-only crafting. Collect seasonal ingredients to forge themed armor sets for both you and your Palico. Expect a blend of magical trickster aesthetics that lean into the Dreamspell lore.

Pop-up camp decorations and customizations

We need to talk about Nu Udra. As if giant apex predators were not already a nightmare, this one shows up arch-tempered and very angry.
This limited quest arrives as part of Dreamspell and it offers γ rank materials for a brand new power-creep-approved armor set.
Nu Udra γ hunter armor
Felyne Udra γ Palico equipment
Bring serious heat. Bring friends. Bring traps and patience. Nu Udra will happily send unprepared hunters straight to cart-city.
If you want the most loot with the least crying, use this checklist:
Log in daily. Never miss the vouchers or milestone rewards.
Push limited bounties early because they rotate every day.
Prioritize event quests that reward crafting tickets.
Plan your gear. Dreamspell sets look amazing, so decide what you want and grind efficiently.
Make sure you have Grand Hub unlocked. Without it, much of the fun remains out of reach.
For hunters returning after a break, Dreamspell offers an easy and rewarding way to catch up on gear progression.
Monster Hunter Wilds is already a beast of a game. Seasonal events like Dreamspell make it even more fun by giving the world a fresh vibe and high-stakes encounters that reward drip and power alike. Do not wait until the last minute. Once November 11 hits, the haunted carnival shutters its doors.
Sharpen your blades, grab your vouchers, and get ready to slay a monster that absolutely hates that you exist.
Happy Dreamspell, hunters!

Hi, I'm the founder and editor-in-chief of Report AFK, a gaming and anime site built for people who are tired of sanitized mainstream media coverage and toothless hot takes. I want to bring both the technical know-how and battle-tested gamer instincts to every article here. Whether I'm deep-diving into ARAM strats, roasting a broken patch, or side-eyeing the latest "diverse" but soulless AAA release, I write with one goal in mind: cut the fluff and tell it how it is. I've worked in digital marketing and spoke in conferences nationwide, but my heart’s always been in the trenches of gaming - whether that’s grinding ladders, theorycrafting late at night, or binge-watching the 38th questionable isekai this season. Follow my rants, insights, and updates on ReportAFK.com and let me know what you think in the comments - I read (and usually respond to) every. single. one.
A place for gamers, by gamers, untarnished by corporate gaming media and their nonstop attempts to elevate bad games while denouncing any developers brave enough to stand up to them.
