Guest Author Contributor Agreement | Terms and Conditions

ReportAFK Contributor Agreement

This Contributor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between ReportAFK.com (“ReportAFK,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the individual submitting content (“Contributor,” “you,” or “your”).

By submitting content to ReportAFK, you agree to the following terms:

1. Submission & Acceptance

You may submit written content for consideration via email or another method designated by ReportAFK.
Your submission is only considered accepted once we notify you by email that we intend to publish it.
Even after acceptance, ReportAFK reserves the right to edit, reject, unpublish, or remove content at any time, without prior notice or obligation.

2. Editorial Control

ReportAFK retains full editorial control over submitted content.
We may edit for clarity, grammar, formatting, SEO, tone, or style.
We may reject any submission that, in our sole discretion, does not align with ReportAFK’s style, tone, or community values.

3. Ownership & Rights

You retain ownership of your original work.
By submitting content, you grant ReportAFK a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, display, distribute, and archive your content on ReportAFK.com and related platforms.
You may republish your content elsewhere after 30 days from its original publication on ReportAFK, provided that you include a link back to the original article on ReportAFK.com.

4. Attribution & Backlinks

Contributors will receive attribution through an author bio, which may include:
- Your name or pen name.
- One website link (subject to approval).
- Links to approved social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and/or LinkedIn).
Any backlinks included within the body of your article must be pre-approved by ReportAFK.
ReportAFK reserves the right to edit or remove links deemed irrelevant, spammy, or promotional beyond what is appropriate.

5. Compensation

This is a voluntary and non-monetary contributor arrangement.
Your sole compensation will be attribution and approved backlinks as described above.

6. Removal of Content

ReportAFK may remove content at any time for any reason, at its sole discretion.
Contributors do not have the right to request or demand removal of content once it has been published.
If content is removed by ReportAFK, all associated author attribution, bio, and backlinks will also be removed.

7. Contributor Warranties

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

The content is your original work and does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
The content does not contain defamatory, harmful, or unlawful material.
The content has not been previously published elsewhere (unless disclosed and approved).

8. Liability & Indemnification

You agree that ReportAFK is not responsible for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReportAFK, its owners, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities resulting from your submitted content.

9. Confidentiality

Any unpublished drafts, editorial feedback, or correspondence with ReportAFK are considered confidential and may not be publicly shared without permission.

10. Termination

Either party may withdraw or terminate this Agreement prior to publication of the submitted content.
Once content has been published on ReportAFK, this Agreement remains in full effect, and Contributors may not terminate their obligations under it.
ReportAFK may still remove content at its sole discretion at any time.

Acknowledgement

By submitting content to ReportAFK, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
